Nagelfest Music is an independent record label and music production company based
in Denmark.
We are the official outlet for the various musical projects by Danish composer, musician
and producer Erik Ravn.
Our business approach is totally do-it-yourself and we work in close cooperation with the artist. We hope in this way to bring some real and unique music to the attention of music lovers everywhere.

How to buy:
Tell us what you want to buy and give us your full postal address. Also let us know if you want any items signed by Erik Ravn. Simply write to us via the CONTACT form.
We will then send you a PayPal link with all information about payment and total cost including shipping. You do not need a PayPal account (although that is easy), but can simply choose to pay with your standard credit card.
Shipping & delivery times:
Everything at our shop is done ”by hand” by ourselves, so please allow reasonable time for us to process your order.
Shipping time varies a lot depending on your location. Up to 30 days is not uncommon for some destinations. We ship by tracked mail, wherever this is possible. In any case, it is extremely rare that a package is lost in shipping.
We ship to most countries. If in doubt, please contact us and we will let you know the options.
Please be as precise as possible when stating your postal address. For example, if you live in a specific state or province, it will be a great help to us if you include the full name of such a region in your order.
Non-EU customers:
Please note that your country may add additional toll and tax. We cannot mark your order “gift” or “sample” or state an incorrect value of the goods, so please do not ask us to do so.
Also, some European countries have territories that are not part of the European common market, in which case shipping costs may be different. If you live in such a territory, please advice us when ordering.
U.S. Customers:
Because of the current customs regulations, shipping to the U.S. is difficult and expensive. Please contact us for possible solutions.

The average CD weighs about 100-125 g. With the addition of packaging, this means that you can usually order 5-6 CD’s without exceeding 1 kg.
Shipping from Denmark is unfortunately expensive. So we recommend ordering together with your friends to save on shipping. Please note that we only charge you for our actual shipping cost. There are no additional charges for payment fees, packaging, handling etc.

We do not store or handle your data for other purposes than processing your shop orders, except to the extent that we are obliged to do so for accounting purposes.
We will not contact you unless by your request or in connection with your shop orders.

About cancellation:
1. According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act you have the right to return the merchandise no later than 14 days after reception, if you regret your purchase. In this case we will refund the entire price and all costs in connection with the sale and shipping (except return shipping), if you have already paid the included invoice.
2. The right of cancellation will be void if the merchandise has been used. The seal on compact discs (if any) must be unbroken.
3. When returning merchandise you must state your name, address, invoice number and e-mail address for the returning of money via PayPal.
